Retired living development within a renovated historically preserved (Listed II) from the 18th and 19th centuries, and new construction.
This retired living development comprises a restored 18th century workhouse and auxillary buildings (Listed II and curtilage listed) from the early to mid 19th century, as well as a 4-story (8 unit) new build.
Key roles in this project included: Creation of model and drawing set for ER document of proposed 4-story new build and adjacent key worker housing. Research and documentation of masonry patterns and defects in historical construction.
